Aim
The aim of this course is to provide trainees with a critical understanding of theory, policy and practice in the field of HRM. Trainees will gain a broad appreciation of the major current themes and debates in the field with emphasizing on HR practices in organizations, and the contextual labor market and political factors that define HR policy choices

Learning Outcomes
After the finishing the course, trainees will finish with an internationally accredited certification and will:
Understand how changes in the labor market, organizational structures and political regulation influence HR policy choices
Understand the strategic significance of HRM for organizations.
Explain the rationale for a range of specific HRM policies and practices, such as recruitment and selection, appraisal and rewards and equal opportunities policies
Assess the problems associated with the design and implementation of HRM policies and practices, as well as their impact on employees.

Who is Joumana Fakih
Joumana Fakih is a Management Expert, studied Business and Leadership in Harvard University, USA; and HR Management in American University of Beirut. She has a PhD in Human Resources and Organization Development and is a Certified Master Coach from ATD. She conducted trainings and consultancy locally and internationally, to over than 6000+ trainees worldwide. With her background and expertise, she handled more than 200 projects with corporates, governments and NGOs
