Business Analysis plays an important role in project implementation, which involves development and testing. Development includes modeling internal business processes and data flow, identifying critical components that affect system performance, and preparing test plans.

It demonstrates to customers, competitors, suppliers, staff, and investors that you use industry-standard business analysis that makes your business run effectively. Analytical skills are kind of problem solving skill. This skill incorporates many skills like attention to detail, critical thinking ability, decision making, and researching skills in order to analyze any question or problem and reach a solution. Business analysts typically take the lead role in: Assisting with the business, and managing requirements at the project level can help fulfill business needs.

Training Methods:
This course is a mixture of lectures, high interaction, group discussions (tutorials). Case studies are used to achieve the objectives of this course and trainees have to learn these topics by themselves in the process of writing problem-based assignments. The self-learning ability of trainees will be fully directed in order to develop the required skills.
