Our CEO Dr. Joumana Fakih conducted the full day training workshops at The Leaders in Training (LIT) that aimed to develop a quality, sustainable leadership program for pharmacy students and recent graduates worldwide, delivered annually before the regional symposia and world congresses of the International Pharmaceutical Students’ Federation (IPSF).

This year the Lebanese Pharmacy Students’ Association (LPSA) has decided to implement a new Outreach professional development opportunity through its first Leaders in Training prior to the 4th Lebanese Pharmaceutical Symposium.

Its main objective is to equip the future workforce with the leadership and management skills required to fulfill leadership roles in the global health setting. Sponsored by Global Golden Group
LIT participants go on as confident leaders, fully equipped with the necessary skills to lead teams effectively nationally and beyond.
